Liam Flanagan joined the organisation in Ramingining in 2013, as ALPA began its journey in delivering Community Services.  Previously, his career spanned both the public service and the private sector. Since then he has worked in a variety of roles within the organisation before being given the opportunity to lead the newly formed Community Services division in 2017, as General Manager.

The Community Services division encompasses Employment Services, a RTO accredited training department, Higher Education hubs, Youth & Education services, Business Incubators, an Economic Development Unit and a Community Engagement Team. Liam also acts as the Board of Directors' policy spokesperson on a variety of key issues such as CDP reforms and the Cashless Debit card. Since 2017 Liam has overseen continuous growth and diversification in the division, with over 300 team members now delivering these key services within their communities every day.
