Michael Dykes moved to Australia with his family in 2011 from the United Kingdom bringing with him 25+ years’ of Retail Industry experience. Michael has worked in several Executive roles for major companies such as Coles and Woolworths and has also owned a number of successful businesses. After working for Corporate businesses for much of his career Michael wanted to invest his time into working for a not-for-profit organization and was immediately attracted to the role of ALPA Retail General Manager.

Michael’s ambition for our Retail arm is to expand our stores into more communities nationally and to continue to retain and develop our valued team members.  He’s also prioritising new store innovations in remote locations to match our customers wants and needs.
