"ALPA serves the communities well. It is always there to help people in the communities, like with funeral, but also festivals, and any other issues; ALPA is there to help people. Everybody loves ALPA."

Rose Wurruguwurrugu Garralpa became a Director on the Board of ALPA as the Ramingining Traditional Landowner's representative in 2013. She is a valued member of the board and a well respected Traditional Owner of Ramingining.

“I wanted to look after the land and also look after the shop. ALPA has a good model of governance. I can go to the meetings and hear what’s going on, our income, and our outcomes."

Rose Garralpa started working with ALPA in the takeaway shop and then went on to work for the local Shire Council.
