Locations and Employee Benefits

Most of our roles are based in remote First Nations communities across the Northern Territory, with some opportunities in our Darwin Support Office.

Remote Role Benefits

Benefits can vary by position, so please check the job listing for details. Generally, remote roles include:

Accommodation 

7 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading 

An additional 2% on the national superannuation guaranteed amount

Relocation assistance 

2 x return flights to Darwin per year
