ALPA is pleased to announce the appointment of Troy Kennedy to the Executive Team as General Manager Retail, following 12 months of strong achievements in the Retail Leadership Team.

Troy commenced with ALPA in early 2025 as Retail Operations Manager in Queensland, supporting our Island & Cape business. Shortly after, Troy was appointed to Group Operations Manager Retail and relocated to Darwin. Since joining ALPA, Troy has become deeply embedded in the business and has played a key role in strengthening our remote retail operations.

As the General Manager Retail, Troy says his immediate focus will be on alignment of goals across the Retail Division.

“We're preparing to launch our new Retail Pillars,” Troy said. “My priority is ensuring everything we do aligns to those pillars, and that all departments within the Retail Division are working together towards a common goal.”

Looking ahead, Troy is excited about building new pathways and believes the greatest opportunity for growth within ALPA Retail lies with its people.

“I’m looking forward to developing the Retail Division by building a strategy with clear pathways, and ensuring every team member is supported to be successful in their role.”
