Bukmak Constructions is currently undertaking contract works to upgrade NIAA community facilities via JLL Project Management Services in Galiwinku, Ramingining, and Gunbalanya. With this increased workload, Bukmak Constructions has been able to engage with the CDP providers within the communities. The skills participants attained through CDP training activities have enabled new suitably skilled workers to be directly engaged and capably assist with the delivery of works. Whilst our delivery program is relatively short, it provides meaningful employment and reinforcement of skills attained through the CDP job-ready programs.

Tristian, Johnny, and Starshua have commenced with Bukmak Constructions in Ramingining. Bukmak has also engaged with CDP in Galiwinku and Gunbalanya to employ job-ready workers with similar outcomes.
