Director representing Minjilang

"The ALPA board gives us Directors a chance to work closely with our members. We all have our own ideas from our own communities, and by working together we can make change together."

Matthew Nagarlbin joined the ALPA Board in 2024 as a Community Member Representative. He has a strong history of community involvement in Minjilang, and a deep understanding of the needs of its members. Matthew has been involved in various sports and recreation initiatives and is also part of TEABBA Radio, broadcasting from his community right across the region. 

In addition, Matthew serves on the boards of the Northern Land Council (NLC) and Red Lily and is a local authority member for the Minjilang Ward under the West Arnhem Regional Council.

Matthew is excited about the opportunity to contribute even more to his community through his role as a Director, his experience, knowledge and passion. He's committed to making real change, particularly for the store.

Matthew values the chance to listen to other Directors and learn from their experiences in their own communities. He's eager to continue sharing his own insights and contribute to discussions that drive meaningful outcomes.
